Hotel is in a prime location for a relaxing view of the ocean, however the balcony and its long chairs are never cleaned, they were full of bird poop, we could therefore not enjoy the premium we paid for the position of our room and its balcony, staff was unresponsive. There were other issues with house cleaning for the room. In summary, it’s a great hotel with poor house cleaning,

Excellent Welcome, friendly and accommodating staff, the breakfast buffet was great. All the things you expect from Hyatt. The downside, and quite impact full, was the lack of venues and challenges with AC. Only 1 restaurant was open, the smallest one near the lobby. Limited seating, for a full hotel not ideal. I had complained about my AC not working (room temp was 27°) and they expeditiously tried to fix it. Short term solution. I woke up to a room temp of 29°. I would book there again but call first to find out if dining venues are open.

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, the lobby and room was also modern, powerful air conditioning which was amazing during the heat wave we experienced. Located directly across from the Arc park. I would definitely stay here again!"
