"This property was great, staff was amazing. Water was hot for showers and they were very responsive with all my needs. The only downfall to this place is not having a microwave anywhere in the resort."

"Royal Sea Aquarium is great! Had everything we needed and staff were super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a little outdated but very clean and nicely appointed. The resort throughout was very clean. The private beach is great, super clear water and secluded from the public. Waking up to see the dolphin training across our balcony was a great experience."

"Amazing property with recently renovated rooms and two private beaches, plus an infinity pool. Great service and easy access to great restaurants nearby. Rental car agency onsite is an added bonus. We will be back!"

"The overall attention of the staff, the recommendations they offered, made the stay a perfect moment. If you have a rental car, you'll need local coins. There are parking meters in the area near the hotel, and the hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. There's a Flowbird app, but we couldn't get it to work. An additional note: you can deposit money (1 florin per hour), and you can deposit it the day before, so you don't have to go before 8 a.m. to add coins. If you're staying for several days and need to do laundry, there's a laundromat half a block away where washing and drying are very quick and the staff is super friendly."

"Really good stay"

"Check-in felt rushed and unwelcoming. We were handed wristbands, given our room number, and directed to scan a QR code for resort information—without any real orientation. There was no explanation of where our room was until I asked, no mention that the buffet was about to close (which would have been helpful after a long trip with two small children), and no offer to assist with luggage. The reception area itself is quite small, lacks seating, and isn’t equipped to handle the high volume of arriving guests. Overall, the arrival experience felt cramped and disappointing. Check-out was especially frustrating. We weren’t informed that a generator installation was scheduled at the main entrance on the morning of our departure. As a result, we had to carry our luggage up to the gym area and wait outside in the heat for our cab. Once again, no one offered assistance with our bags, which made the experience unnecessarily stressful—especially with kids. Overall, my kids had a great time. The resort is great for families thanks to the variety of water slides & exceptional buffet, but the customer service in the front desk & bar areas really needs improvement. "

"Property was gorgeous, beach stunning and staff the friendliest around. Please add a book drop/exchange, maybe at the towel hut. I’ve stayed at several other hotels that do this. Great way to leave behind books I’ve read and don’t want to take home. "
