3-BR 2-Bath Pueblo-Style Home in La Quinta Cove
From the driveway, enter through the arched entrance to a comforting outdoor courtyard with pool, spa, BBQ, and outdoor furniture. A covered area at back of the courtyard welcomes sun in the morning while providing shade the remainder of the day. The surrounding stucco walls and landscaping (gorgeous bougainvillea!) provide complete privacy for sun bathing, outdoor dinners cooked on the BBQ, and late night swims/soaks.
The front entrance opens to an airy living room that includes a designer-painted fireplace, sleeper sofa, and 65" wall-mount TV. The kitchen with its large central island (7 bar stools!), under-counter wine-cooler, coffee cart, roomy refrigerator/freezer, ample cabinets, and gas oven/range is recently remodeled and fully stocked with all of the amenities needed to prepare meals.
The spacious owner's suite includes a king bed and private adjoining bathroom with large soaker tub, separate shower, and twin vanities. Pass through the bathroom to find a large walk-in closet.
Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed and walk-in closet, provide comfortable space for additional guests.
With the queen-size sleeper sofa and the pass-through "Jack and Jill" style bathroom, the home accommodates 6 comfortably.
The kitchen and owner's suite open to a small back patio, the ideal lounging area to enjoy a morning coffee while watching the birds come and go (look for a dove's nest in the tall cactus!).
A small utility room with new LG washer and dryer completes the ensemble.
