The property is very dated. The tub and shower needed cleaning. The toilet had stains in the bowl. The lobby and hallways reeked of marijuana. The one good and most important thing is that the sheets were clean.

We enjoyed our stay when we were visiting family in the area. The staff has been super friendly. The breakfast attendant was incredibly friendly and helpful. She brightened our early mornings and made sure we had everything we needed. The front desk staff was very helpful and accomodating even fixing a lack of prior planning on our part by accomodating a room change. The rooms are clean and very nice for the price point. We were also provided an extra blanket and additional towels upon request. We will definately be back!

The lady that did the breakfast in the morning was great. Probably the only good thing about the property. The beds were uncomfortable. There were stink bugs in the bathroom. And the options for the breakfast were lacking.

This is a very basic property, but it is clean and the bed was comfortable. A decent place to stay for a reasonable price.

Very dissatisfied
The receptionist at the front desk was not very pleasant. MY room had a very moldy odor in it, so much so that i had to go to the market to buy a can of Air Freshner and two other freshners. The rugs in the room were disaray and were in need of replacing, when I pulled the bedspread back there was a piece of wrapper there, overall very dissatisfied with the condition.

Yeah . . . but.
The room setup was good. But soon we realized it was right near the exit door. Was a bit disappointed about the lighting of the room. Light switch at the entrance did not work. We had a kichenette but there were no plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, dish detergent, and paper towel. There were no hooks on the doors of bathroom. Again, we liked the room set up but it was lacking.

Excellent staff- everyone is so kind and courteous. Clean and simple amenities. The breakfast was excellent! I have stayed at this hotel countless times over the years, and the quality, hospitality, and service continues to improve.

Well, it wasnt the worst place I have stayed but it definitely fell in the bottom 10. The outside of the hotel was a little worn and landscaping was in need. The gal at check in was not super friendly. She also did a big no no in my book. She took my credit card for incidentals. Thats fine. But she hand keyed in the card info. She didnt swipe it. I could not see what she was typing on. For all i know, she could of easily stolen my card info. Next, the bed skirt was torn and ragged. Stains on the rug. Desk chair had crumbs on it. Towels felt like sand paper on your skin. Shower was the worst...water was not even close to hot and the tub didnt drain. But the water in the sink was scolding hot. So, would i stay here again? No. Ill stay at the hotel next door.

The tile coming into the room was loose and the carpet was coming up in places . At breakfast it was eggs , but not sausage But Hamburger and the so called orange juice didn't taste like orange juice

I won't stay there again. The bathroom sink was dirty and there was hair in the shower from the previous occupant. The room smelled like smoke (non-smoking room) and they were trying to cover it up with a fruity-smelling spray. You couldn't adjust the shower temperature properly because the cartridge was installed incorrectly. Overall it was a dismal experience.

I booked a King Suite. Days before the trip the staff called me and said they’d need to give me a Queen Suite. I said that’s fine. Upon arrival, they gave me the key and my husband & I went in and found it was not a Queen, but a Full. There was no way the two of us would be comfortable. The front desk person argued, saying it was in the computer that it was a Queen. I offered that she come look at the bed and she declined (we have a Queen bed at home so we know full well what the size looks like). She just smiled at us like we were idiots and said she could give us a regular king. After first giving us a room that belonged to someone else and then another issue with a room key… we finally got our room. I asked for a discount, being that we weren’t getting a suite as booked. She only gave me around $30 off for our 4 night stay. If I had booked the same room on Hotels.com, it would’ve been around $200 less. I should’ve asked to speak to a manager but after a long day of traveling, I was tired and ready to give up after all the back and forth with the rooms. Hotels.com gave me a $50 gift certificate. They said they would contact the manager for a price adjustment but I never heard back after calling twice. I’ve never had to complain about a hotel before and I’ll definitely never stay at this one again. The hotel is also in need of a remodel but in light of their customer service issues, that’s probably the least of their worries.

Iam going to research on this matter and will reach out to Expedia.

There was an " air purifier" running in our room. When we told the front desk about it they said just unplug it and put it outside the door. Chair had a slight smoky smell. All property could gave used an update.
