Un appartement potentiellement splendide gâché par le manque d'entretien et le manque d'attention...

L'appartement est situé au cinquième étage, il a donc une vue magnifique, est très calme et est pratique pour transférer vos bagages depuis et vers le parking. L'appartement a son propre casier de ski et l'ascenseur vers le rdc est très proche, donc l'accès à la neige est rapide et facile. MAIS le matériel est de mauvaise qualité : - Le matelas était très inconfortable - Les couverts étaient bon marché et désagréables et sur la plupart d'entre eux les colliers qui devaient maintenir les manches en position se desserraient ou s'étaient déjà détachés.. - L'aspirateur avait un tuyau endommagé qui avait été réparé à plusieurs endroits avec du ruban adhésif. - Nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec le fait que les armoires de la cuisine étaient très hautes ; mais il était inacceptable que les marches pliantes pour permettre l'accès à ces armoires soient cassées et potentiellement très dangereuses. - Dans la cuisine, l'eau s'écoulait si lentement du mitigeur que pour remplir une casserole il fallait aller à la salle de bain (où la pression était excellente). - Il y avait de forts courants d'air glacés dus à l'étanchéité inadéquate autour de la porte d'entrée, de la porte du balcon et des fenêtres de la chambre. Le premier matin après notre arrivée, nous avons mentionné les plus inquiétants de ces défauts lors de la remise de l'état des lieux, mais personne ne les a même reconnus, sans parler des tentatives pour réparer les choses.
