- An independent kitchen with 1 combination oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 4 electric hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, drip coffee maker, toaster, and raclette set
- A bathroom
- A separate toilet

The balcony with a view of the resort faces west. The ski locker is in the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with a supplement of €40).

The residence:
A residence is situated at the foot of ski slopes and provides a view on Les Arcs and Mont Pourri, close to the shops and resort center.

The Carreau area:
This is the central area of Les Coches, with all shops and services lie a ski school ESF and a nursery.
Many events are organized on the Carreau square. Residences are ski-in/ski-out. Ideal parking in the covered car parks under the Zig Zag and Traverse residences nearby, to be reserved through us.

Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
