"Great property right by the water and great host! The only thing that we were disappointed about was the shape and cleanliness level that the balcony furniture and beach supplies stored on the balcony was in. Needs a good wash to want to sit out there and use the things provided."

"My family and I lost power to our hotel and so we found this location which lucky for us had power for the remaining of our trip in Maui. The price wasn’t too high like everything else in Maui, the property was very nice, the check in was all digital, and communications was off the charts, I felt like I was Jay-Z at a Beyoncé concert!!"

"The view was beautiful. The house was perfect size for 2-3 people. Directions, check in, parking was all easy. The pool felt great and is pretty close to the unit. We def recommend this place and would use again."

"This condo was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Lots of sleeping areas and fully functional kitchen. Centrally located to grocery stores, beaches, and areas of interest. We used the pool, spa, and barbecue area. We didn’t need to use the car but it would have been a great perk if we had needed it. Yolanda, our host, was responsive and available. Great time, even though some of our trip was impacted by a hurricane!"

"One of a kind stay! This was one of the best rental condos we stayed in. It literally has everything you need to feel at home. It was clean and fresh smelling, had all kinds of pots and pans, baking wear, utensils, even to bbq with. The place it self is small but feels well worth it. Direct beach access just a few minute walk. The building is well maintained and the room is modern. Patio has beautiful views and big enough for our family of 4 to hang out on. We will definitely be back!"
Two Bedroom Ocean View Deluxe Luana Kai Resort D303

"Were we pleased with our stay in D303!!!The condo was very clean and cozy and offers beautiful views. The bathrooms are nice with tile showers and good water pressure, tho the upstairs toilets sits somewhat low to the ground. The location of Luana Kai itself is perfect, just about 10 minutes from The Food Trucks that we visited several times and several other shops and beaches. The condo itself is also in a perfect location, literally 125 steps to the beach and sits at the back of the small (A-D) resort and even tho it's located in the middle of the D building was still quiet. Be aware that since it is located on the top, there are 3 flights of stairs, but it was worth the climb! The condo has stackable washer/dryer and pods provided which was a plus. There is a closet of misc beach items ie boogie board, some sand toys, a few snorkel masks and beach chairs - those were a huge win for us! And beach towels were provided. The pool/hot tub are in close distance and also has a shuffleboard game just outside the gate. I was hesitant to leave anything negative, but an honest review isn't always bad. We found the Wi-Fi very spotty and we didn't use it most of the time - but then again we didn't go to Maui to be on our phones/Wi-Fi ;) The pickleball courts were advertised but no paddles were provided.Overall this rental is a must and has so much to offer! It is very clean and has the basic things needed for a 9 day stay."
