"This institution is professional, kind, always there for their guests. I have no complaint, everything was perfect. Room service was great, the pool and spa area was great. The bar staff were efficient. The front office people were super helpful in setting up taxis. The breakfast was amazing. We had just come back from climbing Huayna Potosi and despite looking like backpackers the staff all treated us like their best clients. We were charmed by the place and woukd highly recommebd it to anyone going to La Paz. The location is not necessarily the best as it is far away from downtown but still has the benefit if being super quiet. "

The key card only allows you access to your floor, main lobby, and the pool - which was in their spa area. They also have a sauna and a steam room. "Was given the wrong room upon check-in (had booked a Suite but given a Standard room). On the second night we were offered to move to the Suite, but also told that there was a party on the floor above, so we shouldn’t expect to get much sleep. We obviously passed and waited another day. When asking for compensation for the two nights in a Standard room (while paying for a suite) we were only offered a small discount on airport transportation - much less than the difference we had paid. On top of this the heating didn’t work in either of the two rooms. Generally poor service and the facilities weren’t great either."
