"After COVID the hotel rates increased dramatically based on the few improvements to the rooms~ The bathtubs still have no mats in the tubs so they're very slippery~ Bathroom flooring always seems dirty~ The bed coverings are 2 sheets and a thin blanket, we froze both nights! But it's one individual in particular, Kevin, who is very matter of fact and never friendly or helpful! I've been staying at LHL several times a year for the last 10 years and every front desk agent is helpful and friendly, all but Kevin! It was 2 years ago, when I booked through the hotel directly, tgat I was charged a "BED TAX" which resulted in another $100 being added to my bill! I questioned it and Kevin became argumentative and couldn't explain what this tax was for and why isn't it mentioned on their website! That's when I stopped staying there~"

"This was a great place to stay for us. Spacious rooms with great beds, linens and cleaning service. It was quite sound proof from ambient noise and had great blackout curtains and AC. The pool was lovely in a quiet corner with great views. Breakfast was better than most hotels with warm options, excellent coffee, real dishes and staff prepping the entire service."

"Home was exactly as described - nicely updated & well-appointed with everything needed. A wonderful welcome basket at the front entrance was a special touch. Katie, the host, was truly accommodating & responsive, except when she lost her phone, but then came to the house personally to provide in-person assistance & an alternative phone contact. Location was perfect for our needs, with a lovely view over the golf course - our only negative was the proximity to freeway, which made the outdoors somewhat noisy (very quiet indoors though). Would definitely stay there again."

"Wonderful Stay!We had an amazing time at this property! The house was spotless, pool and spa was awesome, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the cozy living space and very comfortable beds. The host was proactive, ensuring our check-in was smooth, and answered questions immediately. We will definitely be coming back!"

The place really felt like a home base for us during what could have been a pretty stressful stretch.The amenities were great and made day-to-day living easy, and the neighborhood was awesome — super friendly neighbors, which made a big difference over a longer stay. Also a huge plus that it was truly pet-friendly — our Aussiedoodle settled in right away.Fouad was a great host — very communicative, responsive, and just easy to work with the whole time. Anytime we had a question, he was on it.No issues at all over the entire stay, which says a lot for 45 nights. Overall, we’re really grateful and would definitely recommend it."
