"The electrical appliances are deteriorated. The dryer had rust and the door handle was missing, the safe was not working had to call, they replaced batteries but last row of numbers including number 0 and # were not working well. And # is used to lock the safe. The freezer was missing a piece of plastic inside. The iron stand was moved from a wall to the closet and the holes never fixed. Microwave had cracks on the door. Toilet paper holder very rusty and one missing. There were more things. I took a video in case the say something. I stayed 5 nights and bed sheets were never changed. They only removed trash and replace soap or towels if needsd. They do no clean."

"It has the basic necessities, but I was extremely displeased by the fact that upon checking out one of the staff members sent me a text message asking where the tip was. I felt like that was very disrespectful. Especially because there were not any additional services available nor rendered. The property was pretty. But the bathroom in our room was nasty the shower was full of mold, and the employee who initially checked me in was drinking a beer while on the clock. It was unprofessional in my opinion "

"I’m very disappointed with my stay. I booked this hotel through Expedia, and nowhere in the listing did it mention a $250 deposit for just one night. This was a complete surprise at check-in and felt very misleading. On top of that, I was later charged $15 for “dirty towels,” which makes no sense—towels are meant to be used and cleaned by the hotel. Charging guests for normal use is unreasonable. Hidden fees and unexpected charges like these make the experience stressful and untrustworthy. I would not recommend staying here unless they become more transparent about their policies."
