About this property

Modern apartment. Swimming pool and terrace. Right on the beach in Corralejo - Home For Guest

Our 51 m² accommodation is located in Corralejo, in the Alisios complex and can accommodate up to 3 people (max. 2 adults).



It has been recently refurbished and 100% equipped to ensure our guests have an excellent stay. All the furniture is new and has been carefully designed to guarantee the harmony of each space.



It has a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower.



It has a safe, hairdryer, air conditioning, communal swimming pool.



The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils/kitchenware, coffee machine and kettle.



The location is great for those looking for a quiet but central location. Very close to the beach, restaurants, bars, cafes. Although the flat does not have parking, it is very easy to find free parking in the area.



Bed linen can be changed on request for an extra charge.

Overall satisfied with the accommodation, although some amount of “tlc” wouldn’t have gone amiss. Convenient location for the centre of Corralejo and the Campinario

Points positifs:- l'emplacement, idéal: très proche à pied du centre de Corralejo, et de la plage par la porte du fond de la résidence;- la propreté;- la literie impeccable vraisemblablement récente;- le calme: pas le moindre bruit gênant pendant notre séjour- la piscine, de très belle longueur et sa propreté, même si eau un peu fraiche en cette saison;- existence et possibilité de disposer de Netflix dans cet appartement sur bel écran;- belle douche;- une vraie cafetière;Points négatifs ou à améliorer:- ces beaux matelas justifieraient d'être recouverts d'alèses imperméables;- il serait intéressant de pouvoir disposer d'un parasol et de son pied;- équipement de cuisine rudimentaire: poêle très petite, toute petite casserole;- un petit meuble dans la salle de bain serait bienvenu;- nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner le coffre-fort;- pas de chaines télévisées, peu gênant pour nous;

Wir waren wirklich schockiert als wir ankamen, in jedem Raum war Schimmel und es hat extrem moderig feucht danach gerochen. Nach mehrmaligen kontaktieren, das wir das Zimmer wechseln oder einen Preisnachlass erhalten, da ich an starkem Asthma leide und es grundsätzlich Gesundheitsgefährdend ist, haben wir bis heute leider keine Rückmeldung erhalten.

Appartement ist ok

Dieses Appartement ist in Ordnung. Es ist schön eingerichtet und bietet Zugang zu einem Pool und ist auch nicht weit von der Stadt und Strand entfernt. Leider hat es ein wenig gestunken und der Boden war klebrig. Die Ausstattung war leider auch sehr marginal (kein Salz, kein Öl, unscharfe Messer, Keine Seife und auch nur ein kleiner Wäscheständer). Der erste Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war auch etwas salopp und eher kühl, aber danach wurde es besser.

Lieu de villégiature parfait pr decouvrir le Nord de l’île

Bon logement, manque d équipement au niveau de la cuisine et pas de starter pack (huile sel etc..). Pas de savon non plus dans la sdb. Point de détail qui ne remet pas en question le confort du logement.
