Apartment 'El Cotillo Mar Beach' with Sea View, Terrace & Wi-Fi

  • Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Air conditioning is currently not available. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. Please note that access to the property involves steep, narrow stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or heavy luggage.



    The bathroom has been fully renovated with a resin shower tray, LED lighting, and marble-effect porcelain wall tiles. LED lighting has also been installed in the hallway, kitchen, and roof terrace. The roof terrace has been renovated with new waterproofing, new flooring, and brand-new outdoor furniture including sun loungers and sofas, perfect for enjoying the sunset views.

    Wonderful apartment, quiet, and well equipped. It has a terrace with a spectacular view on the ocean, and the view from the living room is equally nice and well suited for windy days.

    On the beach!

    Perfect location right by the beach, uninterrupted sunset views from the roof terrace, quiet area yet also close to the centre of town. Clean and tidy apartment, well equipped, nicely presented. We had a great stay there!
