Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Stay away host double books

Booked apartment had confrontation from die but not from host. The day we arrived we still had no info about check in from host. He didn’t reply to any messages. Spoke to support and they gave direct number text and called still no reply. Eventually spoke to site via call and they said the host had cancelled the booking. It’s been 5 days now and still no refund host is a joke and site is equally rubbish
