"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in July. We were shown to our bedroom at the end of a corridor. After the door there are 2 steps up to the accommodation level but no further door beyond these steps. During the night my wife woke up to go to the bathroom. As there was no lighting, and she was in an unfamiliar environment, she mistook the space above the steps to be the entrance to the bathroom. She fell down both steps and hit her arm, knee and head very hard on the tiled floor. The noise...

The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate.
