"I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. "This is a comfortable house with a lovely view. The house itself is big with new and spacious kitchen and bathroom. The beds are pretty comfortable as well. It has a good sized swimming pool and some outdoor space. The surrounding areas are beautiful with dramatic hills all around. All in all we had a lovely week and we hope to return with more of our family."
