"The property is fantastic, the room was beautiful, and the facility, in general, was superb; the only concern is the access to the property from the train station. The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. That was a concern for me because I was traveling with my daughter. "

"Through my work as an airline pilot, I am very lucky to stay in some very high-end hotels, which are usually five star. Although this hostel is certainly not five star, the welcome I received and the friendliness of the staff was simply amazing. Thank you for making me feel at home.!
