Hebergia is committed to maintaining the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Parties are strictly prohibited, and the number of guests must not exceed what is stated in the rental agreement.



Please keep noise to a reasonable level at all times. Any violation may result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the nearby Papineau-Labelle Wildlife Reserve, which offers a wide range of activities including hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, hunting, and fishing in a pristine natural environment.

You’ll also find access to the PAALM trails, as well as the Poupart and Sucrerie trails, ideal for hiking, snowshoeing, or skiing.



For those who enjoy motor sports, quad and snowmobile trails are directly accessible from the chalet.



The village of La Minerve, just 10 minutes away, offers all essential services, including grocery stores, gas station, bakery, restaurant, and convenience stores.
