This Campanile chain hotel is directly across the street from the Vaucanson tram station, with a 20-minute ride direct to the center of Tours. As of mid-2022, the hotel was brand-new, as was the district in which it is located. Google maps hadn't quite mapped the area yet. Family owned ,chain B&B service-like Hotel. Excellent reception and most friendly & helpful. Particularly Audrey and Pascal (dad). Mum’s english limited & she looks after breakfast. Best croissants we have had so far. Nothing is too much trouble for Audrey. When w asked for hot water, we were provided a thermos jug with cups on a tray. Audrey gave us some French lesson too! When we got there late( nearly 9pm) they booked the restaurant down the road (l’Etape Gourmande) for us. Great food and...
