The room was really nice. A very large room with a large bathroom and a beautiful deck with a beautiful view. I believe every room has a view. The restaurant was delicious and the restaurant staff were very attentive, including the chef. The pool and spas were super fun. The water of the pool was just the right temperature. We had a wonderful time.

one nite stay

this property is very clean and looked after room was very spacious. Bed was excellent and very comfortable.Only problem is that it is not disable friendley. Stairs to get to most rooms. Hot tub and pool is uo lots of stairs.Our room had a great view of the st Lawrence river.Restraunt was excellent love the food.

The room had a comfortable sitting area away from where you sleep. The queen bed is very comfortable but my preference is a king bed which is not available. The bathroom is a generous size unlike most hotels with a smaller bathroom. The staff are very helpful. We were far too busy and did not use the spa facilities even though we had booked for three nights. I am an early riser where the view from the balcony looking over the St Lawrence River before the sun is on the horizon was awe inspiring with the sky and river ablaze in many colours. The only negative is when checking in we were told since we had booked with Expedia we do not get housekeeping if we want housekeeping we would have to pay extra. This was a big surprise to us. No where on the Expedia Auberge des Falaises site could we find housekeeping is not included. If you use other Booking Services they state that housekeeping is included in the package.

Perched on a hill with beautiful views of the river, this auberge is an elegant, welcoming gem. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The menu offers regional variety and the brunch was amazing. If we return we would book a room with a balcony.

Gorgeous location with stately hotel overlooking St Lawrence River. Dining is superb, staff professional, welcoming and attentive. Spa and pool area bliss after day of hiking or kayaking or strolling lovely locales. Rooms big w fireplace and soaker tubs. Truly a gem.

The air conditioner in our room - 106 - didn't work. It was freezing in the room and the control did not work. Other than that, the room was lovely and set up very well. the view was outstanding, We thoroughly enjoyed our massages by Nancy. The restaurant was not our cup of tea, I would have preferred some lamb or French onion soup.

Le personnel est très sympathique. Il manquait un peu d'instruction au niveau du bain à remous dans la chambre et les lumières. Très peu insonorisé. Nous entendions des enfants courir au-dessus de nous. Somme toute, tout était très propre. Nous avons adoré.
