Historic Hotels & Resorts in La Loma from NZ$45

"Experiencia completamente decepcionante y muy lejos de lo que prometen. Pagamos una cantidad alta por nuestra estadía y lo que encontramos fue un hotel viejo, deteriorado y claramente mal mantenido. La habitación tenía un olor a humedad horrible, no había wifi, el teléfono para supuesto room service no funcionaba, y las puertas de los balcones estaba dañada. El baño de la habitación lleno de remaches y reparaciones mal hechas, necesita renovación urgente. Los elevadores casi nunca funcionan, de varios solo hay uno, lo cual es absurdo para un hotel de este tamaño. Tampoco hay toallas para la piscina o la playa, algo básico en un hotel. El muelle que tiene hotel está todo roto y deteriorado. El desayuno incluido fue otra gran decepción: comida de mala calidad y muy poca variedad. Nada acorde con el precio que cobran. Intentamos comunicarnos para recibir atención y la respuesta fue mínima o inexistente. Honestamente, la relación precio–calidad es inaceptable. Esperamos que el hotel o la plataforma de reserva se hagan responsables y revisen esta situación, porque nadie debería pagar por una experiencia tan mala. Da mucha lástima que lugares construidos por Narcotraficantes el gobierno se llena de dinero atreves de ellos y no puedan mantenerlos. "

"This has been a hard one for us and we’ve been really trying to put it all together. We didn’t like having to sign a lot of paperwork upon check-in. Also, if you have lost your key or a towel, they charge you things get lost by mistakes. Sometimes the room was absolutely very nice management treats. Their employees awful. I saw more than once of them treating them terribly. We are accused of smoking. We both don’t smoke, so I think they wanted to charge us more money, so basically upon checking, we felt like we were entering the convent not a relaxing vacation. Also, there was no music by the pool. The manager lives on property and I overheard that it bothers him. I guess the guest don’t count. We really wanted to love this hotel, but we just couldn’t."
