"We spent a week as a family of 4. While I’m not sure this is truly a 5*, a bit dated overall. However the food was excellent quality, the restaurants were never too busy & the quality of food was very good, in particular at the buffet. It got busier around the pool during the week but was comfortable. The staff were a key highlight, very helpful and always a smile, everyone really, but shout out to Cristina who always had a smile & remembered everyone. "

"Everything and everyone at Encinar hotel was excellent, very impressed and convenient location for all the golf courses in the area. Everything seemed within 15 mins. Wen used taxis to go everywhere including Gibraltar "

The staff were absolutely brilliant even in an unprecedented situation. The room was spacious and lovely. They have a live act every evening which was great. Honestly the hotel was a little slice of heaven. "
