"The hotel advertises that it is dog friendly, except not to dogs. When I got there they told me they take dogs under 15 kgs but this was not listed on their website. My dog weighs 20 kgs. I asked them if they wanted to cancel my RESERVATION BUT THEY LET US STAY. Then the room AC did not work. No ..."
