The charming casita was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. The sounds of the fountain and little eating areas in tranquil garden were a bonus. Francesca was a delightful host with many helpful recommendations. This was the perfect choice for a romantic getaway and we hope to return before long!

The location was fabulous for walking to many places downtown and along the ocean. The Casita was clean, quiet and comfortable. Entry was seamless and communication was good. There's a lovely courtyard garden between the house and the Casita. Good lighting in the bathroom and nice towels. Parking can be challenging sometimes as it is on the street and there is no designated parking spot on property.

Location was excellent! It was a busy time to visit, but we managed to find lots of lovely walks that were not crazy busy. Francesca was friendly and fun and full of great local tips. I'd love to go back in the Spring to see her stunning garden!

Our stay at this casita was absolutely perfect! It was spotless, cozy, and ideal for a couple’s getaway. What a wonderful experience! The property is decorated beautifully and equipped with everything you could want. The location is perfect with just a short walk to downtown, restaurants and the grocery store. Francesca is a wonderful host and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit to La Jolla.

This was one of the most charming, welcoming and perfect stays I have experienced! In the perfect location. Walking distance to all shops and La Jolla Cove. Perfect Location

Modern, clean, and private. This property is walking distance to all of La Jolla. We took advantage every day and night at sunset. The kitchen is well stocked. We'll be back as often as we can.

The best Vacay rental in La Jolla

Right next to downtown, very lovely home with views and breezes, well-appointed, comfy bedroom and bathroom. It was so easy to walk around. Never needed a car at all. Francesca and everyone was so helpful and accommodating.

PERFECT VACATION!

This gorgeous Spanish Casita was perfect for my husband and I for a romantic getaway, and to also visit our daughter who lives in Ja Jolla. It was a short walk to La Jolla Village and the stunning La Jolla Cove. The casita was spotless, stunning, and just as pictured. Location was perfect, parking was easy, and our host, Francesca was a delight! We will definitely make this one of our regular places to stay when we visit. Thank you for everything Francesca!!!
