Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood, close to beautiful windansea, clean with very comfortable king size beds. Nice outdoor area and responsive host.

The property was in our favirite neighborhood in La Jolla, near the Barber tract. I loved the proximity to the walking trail, the beach, the market etc.Tom and I loved taking the cgairs to the beach every evening and watching the sunsets.The beds were super comfy and the private patio was perfect for enjoying your morning coffeeWe really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate booking again

Great location

The location of the house was great. Loved the patio and the front grassy yard. The house was cozy. Both rooms have king sized beds so that was wonderful. Needs some updating in kitchen and bathroom but it was clean!

Cute neighborhood close to the beach.

Great location, great for what we needed, only downside was no designated parking so you have to find street parking which was okay during the day but gets tight at night, however, don’t let that stop you from renting this cute bungalow within walking distance to the beach.

This house maybe ok for a short term rental. We stayed for 2 months. The kitchen was absolutely not appropriated for this long of stay.

Great little spot by the beach

This was a lovely home that was small, but checked all the boxes for my family. Yard was perfect for a dog. My only slight nit is that we were there at an abnormally humid time in summer and there was no A/C. It was okay with fans, but just something to be aware of.
