"I read all the reviews and it kinda freaked me out to be honest but our stay was perfect. Perhaps there is no construction on the weekend thankfully because everything was peaceful and quiet. There was even a wedding reception held on the night we stayed and we were on the same floor as the event (6th fl) and did not hear any music or noise that bothered us. The room was perfect, had everything we needed. The attached coffee shop was great and the valet service was quick. Exactly what we needed for a nice getaway!"

"Our room was not ready at check in time (4pm). We were never notified of this when we pre-checked in at 3pm. We were told that the people in the room had a late check out and that it would be ready no later than 6:30pm! After getting upset, a manager came out and said the room was ready. I am sure if I did not get upset, we would have been waiting longer. Other than that, our room was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient."
