Minutes away from the beach and downtown La Jolla with restaurants, shops, and art galleries. Stunning ocean views, hear ocean waves and watch sunset every day. The open floor plan, large ocean view decks and pool side loggia offer the best environment for family gatherings.
located in a quiet cul de sac street with very little traffic. As you approach this architecturally modern home from the street, you can already see wide blue pacific ocean and beautiful stainless steel fence and gate. The gate opens into a large driveway, leading to a 3 car garage.
This is an elaborate 3 story home with elevator:
Top floor is exclusively dedicated to a large 1600 sf master suite with California king bed and 2 completely separate shower, bathroom, vanity, and walk in closets for him and her. Enjoy a jacuzzi with stunning ocean view. There is an additional smaller bedroom in this floor for any purpose you may feel works best. A 20 feet curved glass automated door separates the master bed room from a very large deck. Keep warm with a romantic fire place and entertained with a 50" smart TV or your choice of music from surround system. Enjoy magnificent ocean view from everywhere in this floor, including the bed, showers, and jacuzzi.
Take the elevator down to the middle floor where there are 2 large living rooms with a 75" smart TV, a large fire place, and a 28 feet curved glass automated door to a large deck with glass railing. All you see from this living rooms and deck is ocean view and a beautiful private canyon. A very large kitchen is right next to these living rooms. This kitchen has 2 large granite top islands, all German made Miele appliances, including 2 dish washers, coffee maker, oven, warmer, microwave, large frig and freezer. There is a bar and breakfast nook. Great ocean view from kitchen. A large formal dining room is right next to kitchen with a custom build dining table that seats eight. The main entry to the house from street is in this floor. A large door opens to a grand entrance and modern chandelier, and immediately a stunning ocean view is upon you. There is also a large ocean view office with a 55" TV. A large beautiful powder room is located next to office and living rooms. From the street, and as you walk from the street to the entry door, you can clearly see the blue pacific ocean. A beautiful spiral, glass railing stairway connects this floor to upper (master suite) and lower floors.
Take this stairway or elevator down to lower floor and back yard. There are 3 guest bedrooms suites with queen beds, bathrooms, and walk in closets. a large laundry room, an additional guest bathroom/shower, and a wine cellar. A living room in this floor opens into a large covered loggia through a 25 feet curved glass automated door. This pool side, ocean view, covered loggia is excellent for intimate family gatherings. The heated, 360 degree infinity edge, black bottom pool is equipped with romantic fountains and lights. Enjoy cooking here with the outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Beyond this cozy backyard is a beautiful uninhabited deep canyon and pacific ocean.

Best vacation we ever had

From the moment we drove up to the house, we knew we found something extremely special. The views are indescribably amazing, nothing comes close. The house itself was extremely well designed and features beautiful floor to ceiling windows and a unique layout meant to take in the beauty of La Jolla. We were conveniently close to the village and opted to walk there most nights (about 45 min walk, 8 min drive) just to enjoy the scenery. James was a superb host, extremely hospitable and asked us repeatedly if there was anything we needed. We felt well taken care of and had a very unique experience with our 4 kids. Highly highly recommended.
