While this lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located at the back of a beachfront building and doesn’t offer direct ocean views, you’re just steps away from the shore. Cross the street to discover a spacious grassy area overlooking the beach and ocean where you can relax and easily stroll down to the water.

La Jolla's biggest draw for locals and visitors alike are the beautiful beaches. During the summer and autumn months, the surf is relatively gentle, with warm waters. Swimmers, snorkelers, scuba divers, kayakers and surfers can enjoy the golden sands of La Jolla Shores, the Cove and Windansea. And be sure to keep an eye out for migrating whales off the coast as they travel to and from Baja California.

Guest Access:
Guest has access to entire condo, patio, and 1 parking spot in the rear of the building right next to the entrance to the unit.

Getting Around:
La Jolla is a very walkable town! You can walk across the street to the seaside boardwalk / beach. Walk down there and you can walk all over to posh boutiques, shops, cafes, restaurants, and more!
If you want to get to any other parts of San Diego it's best to drive or use Uber / Lyft.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee.
**No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.

Leave the beach at the beach, please :) There's an outdoor shower in the back corner of the patio to wash the sand off before entering the home or hot tub.

Please note, we provide a starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For longer stays, we recommend bringing your own toiletries, as these supplies are not replenished during your stay.

Guests may have packages delivered to the property during their reservation dates. However, we strongly advise coordinating deliveries for when you are on-site to receive them. The host cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged prior to or during your stay.
San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
