- This is the upper unit of a private duplex, with its own separate entrance and fully private space. The lower unit is a separate rental and you won't share any living areas.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms — sleeping a king bed in the primary bedroom, two queen beds across the other two rooms, and an air mattress available for extra guests.
One designated parking spot in the back.
Washer and dryer are shared between the two units but conveniently located and easy to access.
Everything else — kitchen, bathrooms, living areas — is entirely private to your unit.
