Welcome to our cozy and secluded studio, perfect for a romantic getaway or solo trip. You'll have your own private entrance and patio, ensuring a peaceful stay. Here are some of the amenities you can expect:
NOTE This is a small space. It is well laid out and functions beautifully. Enjoy

● Kitchen: The unit comes equipped with a kitchen, so you can whip up your favorite meals at any time of the day. We provide basic utensils, pots, pans, and other cooking essentials.

● Full bath: You'll have a full bathroom at your disposal, complete with clean towels and toiletries.

● Comfortable sleeper sectional: The sectional couch is not just for sitting. It also has sleeper modules that are incredibly comfortable and easy to convert. You'll sleep soundly on this cozy sectional. (Sleeps two)

● Well laid out and private: Although the studio is small, it's well laid out to maximize space and provide privacy.

● Parking: Parking ……Most guests park in front where there’s plenty of street parking.

In addition to these amenities, our studio is located in a quiet neighborhood just two blocks away from Windansea, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Listen to the shore break from Neptunes sea cave, walk to Coggan Pool, or take a hike on the "Draper Bridal Trail" to experience the natural beauty of the area.

Sectional couch has sleeper modules which are extremely comfortable and easy to convert. The studio is small but well laid out and private. We are attentive to your specific needs.

Starting from the beginning, Thomas is very responsive from the get go, also provided great instructions for access. The studio has a vibe and personality that really helped me relax, and I felt completely at home. It was sparkling clean exactly the way I keep my home space, and my favorite Chinese restaurant Mandarin House is around the corner, as is Windansea, the prettiest beach in San Diego. I stayed three nights mostly binge watching movies, and it was the perfect vacation for decompressing after a long year of too much work and school. I wanted comfort and simplicity and this spot delivered. I’d give an extra star for being whimsical but the app won’t let me Thanks again Thomas!

Thomas was great with communication, and check in and check out were a breeze. Street parking was very easy, sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the studio is very well located in beautiful La Jolla. Would love to stay here again next time. Thanks again!

Thomas was an extremely kind and welcoming host. His place was cozy and had all the necessary amenities. The location is also superb being within walking distance of the beach, Birdrock, and downtown La Jolla. The neighborhood is quiet and very pretty.Our only issues were the bed was slightly uncomfortable. That aside it was perfect for 1 or 2 people and we'd happily stay again!

My sister and I stayed here for a weekend away and had a great time! Thomas was a great host and the studio was in a perfect location - super walkable with plenty nearby and a quick walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an awesome spot! The private patio, beach two blocks away, good food options, a kitchenette, etc. it had everything I wanted. It's on a quiet jacaranda lined street with easy parking.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay here, it’s a small cozy place in a nice neighborhood with just a short walk to the beach. We have never been to La Jolla before, but we would definitely love to come back. It’s the best location for a relaxing vacation in San Diego.

Fantastic location!

The studio is great for 1-2 people wanting a getaway in La Jolla. Walking distance to the beach and some fun shops and restaurants. Walking distance to tide pools and Scripps if you're a little more adventurous. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thomas is an excellent host.

Our stay in LaJolla though brief was lovely. Theapartment was well appointed, clean, walking distance to the beach. The Fridge, Mr Coffee, and the microwave very handy. Bed was comfy. Everything works well. What more could you ask? Thanks for a great stay.

Clean & Cozy Apartment

Really enjoyed my stay here - very well-kept, just enough space for me and a guest, and had everything we needed. Thomas made it easy. Great area and plenty of parking too. You could occasionally hear noise from people walking or clearing their throat on the floor above, but it was never too loud or distracting. I highly recommend this cozy La Jolla getaway!
