Large renovated barn with garden and spa near Nantes

15 km from Nantes and Clisson, in a quiet setting surrounded by vineyards, Sylvie and Frédéric, winemakers, welcome you to this former barn on the Château de la Bretonnerie wine estate. This former barn has been completely renovated by an architect and is divided into two independent gîtes, each connected by a soundproof double door. Secure private parking is available on the property.
South-facing wooden terrace with a spa overlooking a 330 m² enclosed garden shared by both gîtes. A shared laundry room is located in an outbuilding with a washing machine and dryer.
Ground floor: spacious and bright 70 m² living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (2 with a queen-size bed and 2 with two single beds), 2 shower rooms, and 1 separate toilet.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, freezer, and baby bed/high chair. Included: Electricity, underfloor heating, bed linens (beds made), and towels.
Not included: Tourist tax, end-of-stay cleaning (€150/stay).
Numerous hiking trails nearby.
