In the heart of the vineyards, halfway between Nantes and Clisson (approximately 15 km), near the train station, this beautiful, tastefully renovated house (wood and exposed stone) adjoins the owners' property. The enclosed 1-hectare park is ideal for relaxing, shared with the owners, including an 800 m² private, unfenced garden.
On one level: spacious living/dining room (non-functional fireplace), separate fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: two 80x200 cm beds, 2: three 90x200 cm beds), shower room and separate toilet.
Additional amenities: baby cot/bathtub, Wi-Fi, stereo system, hairdryer.
Included: aerothermal heating, electricity, sheets (beds made), towels/household linens.
Not included: tourist tax. A mandatory cleaning fee is available for business customers (€100).
A cleaning fee is available as an option (€100). A cleaning deposit is €150.

Een sfeervolle gite met hoge plafonds en dikke muren die de warmte buiten houden. De gite ligt temidden van wijnvelden in een heerljk rustige omgeving. In de grote tuin met eigen terras scharrelen kippen en fluiten 8 verschillende soorten vogels. De gite biedt veel ruimte en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Auto heeft een ruime eigen parkeerplek op het erf. Eigenaren zijn bijzonder vriendelijk en willen het je naar de zin maken. Er zijn leuke uitstapjes in de omgeving te maken en Nantes is vanuit het dorp rechtstreeks per trein bereikbaar.
