GRANDE MOTTE - In a gated seafront residence, "LES PORTES DU COUCHANT," this 50m² (550 sq ft) two-bedroom duplex apartment (ground floor + 1) is ideally located in a green setting. It offers direct access to the sea and beach without crossing any roads. It sleeps 7. It is very comfortable and pleasantly furnished. On the ground floor, you'll find a beautiful main room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, an oven, and a 4-burner gas stove. The living room opens onto a private garden with direct access to the beach, a covered terrace with an electric awning, TV, and internet access. Upstairs, you'll find a bathroom (bathtub, double sink, heated towel rail) and a toilet. Two bedrooms, one on the beach side with a 140x200 cm bed and air conditioning, and a balcony, are located; the other on the parking side has two bunk beds and a pull-out bed.

logement agreable recuperation clefs et remise clefs archi nul, se rendre a port camargue pour cela! un boitier clefs serait bien mieux! sac aspirateur archi plein, et pas d'autre pour le four mixte, le micro onde ne marche pas beaucoup d'araignees pas de couette sinon correct
