Best management! Great location and views!

This hotel was in a great location. It had great views of the canal. The hotel was a little old (like most buildings in Europe) however they had kept it well and it was clean. The best thing about this place, besides the view and location, was management. On the day of check out we needed to leave our suitcases there until 10:30 pm, since we were catching a late bus. Even though they normally closed the main desk by 9 PM they found a way to let us store our bags there. It was amazing and saved us so much time! I highly recommend this cute place.

Résidence aux portes du vieux Toulouse, ce qui est pratique. La résidence est vieillotte et mériterait une révision en profondeur. Je n'ai pas aimé le fait de ne pas pouvoir régler la clim, il faisait bien trop chaud... Et la cage d'ascenseur m'a réveillé le matin tôt. Le petit déjeuner est de piètre qualité, sans beurre salé qui plus est. Bref je pense pas y retourner sur un prochain déplacement professionnel.

Excellent emplacement pour visiter Toulouse. Parfait le parking dans la résidence. Chambre un peu ancienne : qq bricolage à prévoir. vétusté concernant la baignoire et la moquette. Petit souci, chambre située près de la salle du petit déjeuner engendrant un réveil matinal. Très bon accueil avec un personnel fort sympathique.

Après un long voyage (700km) par dans un Renault Scenic noir, nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel vers 16h58. Nous avons été très agréablement accueillis (à l'accueil du coup !), par une jeune femme qui nous a indiqué comment se rendre dans le parking avec une carte magnétique et un très joli document composé de 2 pages avec photos, sous plastique........................... Séjour simple et agréable 🙂

Malgré la qualité excellente de l accueil et l'hébergement je ne comprend pas les tarifs que vous appliquez pour la même reservation (même chambres 901 et 903 ) a l'aller pour la nuit du 30 juillet 2021 au 31 juillet 2021 et le retour pour la nuit du 15/08/2021 au 16/08/2021 de 166,10 € a 210,50 € incompréhensible.
