A modern, new studio, well decorated and well equipped! You will find peace and comfort, with breathtaking views of the lake! Direct access to the private garden! Parking space available, as well as access to the swimming pool (in summer), to the jacuzzi. The entrance is completely independent, with key-safe. Broadband Wi-Fi and small work desk. TV in the master bedroom, 160 X 200 bed, dressing room. Bathroom with shower. Fitted kitchen, fridge, microwave, induction stove, ventilation hood, Nexpresso machine, water heater, equipped with basic utensils, dining table for four people, as well as a sofa-bed.

Wonderful location near the beaches of Bevaix.
First, Sol is a wonderful host. She made our stay very easy. The apartment is bright and fully equipped, with a nice patio and great views of the lake. It's a quiet location, too.

Delightful hostess. The property has the most incredible views from every angle. The property is well maintained. The unit has a private entrance and terrace area. The kitchen is well stocked. The hostess treated us to some locally grown fruit. We enjoyed the proximity to Neuchatel. We were delighted to stay on the outskirts of the community. We would highly recommend this property.
