This house is located 5 min from Fortuna Park. Surrounded by trees and many variaties of birds, a creek that you can hear from the pool and a great view to the Arenal Volcano.
The access to the condo is private, and it has 24hrs security.
For family or friends will always be a great option to have fun!

Fortuna is an awesome place with good food or beautiful attractions.

Alejandro was really easy to deal with and the location was perfect, just on the outskirts of La Fortuna. You would likely need a vehicle to stay at this location as it is a couple km away from most restaurants or other stores.The house is within a gated community with a 24/7 guard who was very easy to deal with for the duration of our stay.What holds this place back from 5 stars is that it is starting to show its age. The beds and the pillows were not the most comfortable, some of the bathroom amenities were loose and a little beat up and when we showed up the cleaning job was not the best. Overall though, the host was great, the price fit within our budget and it gave us a place to stay to explore the region!

For transparency sake, the two bedrooms are separate from the living/kitchen area, and they are set up like two basic hotel rooms. The kitchen has no stove or oven, but rather a two burner electric hot plate. But nevertheless, we were comfortable enough, even with the unique design.
