Perfect for multi family stay

Beautiful and Quiet

This house is just as advertised. Beautiful, clean, and quiet. We stayed with a group of 9 and loved it. We saw a sloth in the tree right outside the house. In the 16 days we spent in Costa Rica this was the best view we got of one! Watched it for an hour. La Fortuna waterfall was amazing as well as the hot springs. You will love this house.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay, very clean! Pool and hot tub were fun. A person working on the property showed us a couple of sloths in the nearby trees. House is approximately 10km from Fortuna so the rental car is handy. Would stay again!

Incredible Stay!

Stayed for four nights and absolutely had an amazing time in the La Fortuna area and at this property. Everything was very well maintained, clean, and cared for. Property grounds are immaculate - as others have mentioned - photos do not do it justice. We saw large iguanas and a sloth on the property, which was an unexpected treat. The separation of the rooms/casitas gave everyone privacy and plenty of room to spread out. The location was close to everything - chocolate tours, night walk, and not far from downtown. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Better than the photos!

Loved this house! Plenty of space for everyone with the courtyard design of the bedrooms, we loved it! The photos don’t do it justice! We saw monkeys on the first morning and a sloth later in the week right in the backyard! Amazing stay, we highly recommend this home!

Beautiful home

We were 3 couples travelling together. This home was just perfect . Outside area was amazing with pool and hot tub and each bedroom had large beds with their own bathroom. The property was beautiful and even had a sloth in the trees!! The house was even more beautiful than the pictures 😀.

Loved The Space!

We loved this place! Everything was wonderful. We have nothing negative to say about it. We loved having separate spaces with 14 people. If we come back to La Fortuna, with will defiantly stay here again. Great location as well. Thanks for sharing your home!

Fantastic!! 10/10!

We loved this place, and would definitely stay here again! The bathrooms were well-appointed with extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The shared space had everything you need for cooking. All the appliances were new, and well maintained. Included a washer and dryer, and even a swimsuit spinner. The host was very responsive. The pictures don’t do this place justice! It was incredible! We saw sloths and other wildlife on the property.

Great house for an extended family

We were a family group of four households. This house was ideal as each family unit had separate sleeping accommodations with ensuites….with a common living/kitchen area. Ideal situation for driving to see/use hot springs, local adventures, etc. We saw Sloths and Tuscans on the property. Arnaldo was very attentive and responded to and questions or concerns we had. Great Place!

Amazing property

We stayed here with our adult children over the Holidays. This home was very well fitted with all the comforts of home but felt like a luxury hotel. Each couple had their own space but the common area was the best for our family to gather, chat and party. The onsite manager and the rest of the staff were amazing. There were sloths on the property and the different birds were so abundant. I can’t say enough about this great home!

Perfect!

The house was amazing and the host, Arnaldo, was very friendly and accommodating. It's a bit outside La Fortuna, but only a few minutes. You do not need 4-wheel drive to get to this house. We loved our stay and if we are ever back in Costa Rica will likely stay here again. Thank you Arnaldo!

Very lovely home

Home is wonderful and perfect for a group needing 4 bedroooms and bathrooms. Pool area and outdoor space is idyllic. Hosts were accommodating easy to comminicate with. We saw sloths and Toucans in our yard! The only downside for us was that it is further from town than I originally thought. You will definitely need transportation.

Total Luxury

This is one of the most impressive properties I have ever rented on VRBO. It feels more like your own personal hotel. Total privacy on a huge piece of property. Impeccably clean, huge rooms, amazing bathrooms. I can go on, but you get the idea. Worth every penny.

Great property

Great property. Perfect for our multi generational family vacation. Pool is huge and always cleaned daily. Best part was seeing Toucans and sloths right in the backyard while swimming. Saw more animals at house than anywhere else on our trip. Owner was easy to communicate with. Only drawback to house was VRBO location pin is not accurate. House is a 10-15 minute drive from the main La Fortuna square. We didn’t mind the drive as we liked the house so much. Would stay again.

La Fortuna 3 couples

The property exceeded all expectations! Large lot and complete privacy surrounded by forest. Were able to see a howler monkey, toucans, hummingbirds birds and even a sloth which the gardener went out of his way to show us. Loved the 4 separate bedroom suites - beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms spacious! Arnaldo, the host, absolutely went above and beyond - he arranged local transportation and even drove us to town himself so that we were on time for an early morning tour. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and give the property our highest recommendation!

Amazing Place to Stay

This house was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Not too far from town, but you will need transportation. Arnoldo recommended Carlos the Costa Rica Rent a guide and He was also amazing. He took us wherever we wanted to go during our 4 days in La Fortuna. It was so peaceful relaxing around the pool and jacuzzi. You feel like you are the only ones for miles. Perfect place for multiple families. Loved every minute of our stay at this gorgeous house.

Simply Amazing

We were 3 couples staying here. It felt like we were staying at our own personal hotel. Super Clean and Very Comfortable. We had Arnaldo and his wife cook us dinner the first night and it was wonderful. We drove into LaFortuna and did a couple excursions and ate at a couple different places including a great Soda. Saw lots of birds and the lawn/pool guy showed us two Sloths. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub!! Everything was amazing! We will definitely tell our friends that this is the place to stay!! Thanks Arnaldo, Great Communication!! Pura Vida!!

Family Had a Great Time

The property easily accommodated our whole family, 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 8-11). We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The 4 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, was ideal for our party. The kids had a blast in the large swimming pool and on the trampoline. The kitchen was easy to work in and the two dining areas, one indoors and the other on the covered patio, overlooking the pool were convenient. We enjoyed using the BBQ grill for making dinners and eating outside on the patio. The kids enjoyed spotting birds and animals (sloths and lizards) on the property. The managers were very responsive and quickly took care of any questions. The property is located some 5 to 6 miles south of La Fortuna on Route 702, but the map seems to indicate it is close to town.
