Three bedrooms (two on the ground floor with a 160-bed, one upstairs with a 140-bed and a 90-bed). Two bathrooms with showers, two toilets.

During the summer, I rent by two-week periods: from July 17 to 31 (1,100 euros per week, or 2,200 euros), and from 1 August to 15 (1,700 euros per week, or 3,400 euros). These amounts include the tourist tax, which I will remit to the municipality.
I require a 30% deposit to secure the reservation.
