Ideally located in the heart of the village of La Flotte 100m from the sea and the medieval market in a very quiet neighborhood.

Pretty house of 100m2 with 3 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen
Outside a terrace and a garden very well exposed to the sun.

Private parking place for a car a few tens of meters from the house (Possibility to park 2 cars with the agreement of the owner)

WIFI and TV connection by the orange box

Beds: 2 double beds (140x190) - 2 single beds (90x190)

Cleaning fee at the end of the stay: 60 € (optional)

Maison génial pour un super séjour !

Maison très agréable pour un séjour en famille très réussi ! La maison est très bien placer et nous avons pu profiter du marché, de la plage et des pistes cyclables qui sont justes à côté. Maison calme et mobilier contemporain En l’absence du propriétaire nous avons eu affaire a un concierge très sympathique et disponible Je recommande vivement cette location nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
