In a small, very quiet condominium with swimming pool, this well-equipped apartment is in the heart of the village and close to all amenities, it is located 400 meters from the port of La Flotte and the sea. This ground floor accommodation includes: Outside a small terrace with garden furniture. The kitchen area includes: multifunction oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor, washing machine A main room has a sofa bed and a TV A bedroom with a 160 bed + cupboards A bathroom with basin and bathtub. An independent WC. A private parking space You have unlimited Internet access. The particularly pleasant swimming pool (heated from May 15 to September 30) is of course at your disposal for the entire stay.
