"Had a great family vacation over New Years. The buffet dinner offered New Years Eve was fabulous. No shortcuts on quality or quantity. Shout out to Jose our beach server. The most attentive and personable person we have experienced in Mexico. We have been to the Mayan Riviera many times and this was our first visit to Puerto Vallarta. Will definitely be back. The beach was incredible and we aren’t beach people 😂. The Riu Palace Pacifico was a great first experience. Many thanks to Alberto with Gray Line. My husband lost his passport and the whole team was incredibly helpful in helping us to locate it. Thankfully it was in Customs at the airport so we were able to get it right away and not have to worry about getting a replacement. "

"My partner and I went for a week and the staff were incredible! Some of the sweetest people we have ever met, and some of the hardest workers too. Our room was also always left spotless and fully stocked with the things we liked and needed most. I recommend this resort to anyone!"

"This is such an amazing stay the food variation is amazing and the activities they have going on all throughout the day makes it that much more special. There won’t be a day you’ll be bored but maybe you’ll just be sore from moving so much 😂the room was also so clean and pretty there’s nothing you won’t enjoy here. The staff too! They’re so kind and full of energy!"
