    In a residence of 10 apartments, built in 1953, renovated in 2013. Close to food stores and nightlife establishments, nurseries and children's activities, summer/winter ice rink, 100 meters from alpine ski departures (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF and also cross-country skiing (Beauregard cable car). Large private courtyard. Bordering a waterway.

    LIVING ROOM: 18m2, 1 Rapido convertible (140), television, south balcony,

    KITCHEN: induction cooktop, combined electric microwave oven, refrigerator with 100 L freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette/pierrade appliance

    BEDROOM: 10m2, 2 SINGLE BEDS (80), wardrobe, iron, television,

    BATHROOM: 2.57 m2 (tiled floor) shower cabin, hair dryer, sink, W-C.

    Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.



    Services not included:

    - Small pet allowed, maximum weight 5 kg (limited to one), supplement of 25 € for stays up to 10 nights, then 25 € per additional 10-night period (capped at 100 €) to be paid on site.

    - Municipal public parking (weekly subscription)

    - Arrival outside of opening hours

    - Credit card deposit upon key handover (500€)

    - Rental of sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, dish towels: email sent 20 days before arrival to order linen (order to be placed no later than 10 days before arrival).

Logement plein centre, très bien placé, confortable et joliment décoré et en très bon état. Quelques ustensiles de cuisine à remplacer.

Appartement apprécié pour la proximité du départ des pistes, du départ des rassemblements des écoles de ski, du front de neige, et plein centre ville. Appartement très lumineux, et plein sud, très bien équipé et chaleureux. On s’y sent très bien.

Je n'ai rien à dire le logement est top

Tout, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passé un bon séjour, tout y est fer et table à repasser, aspirateur et tout le nécessaire pour faire le ménage (ce n'est pas toujours le cas), bref on frise la perfection Pour écrire quelque chose, l'isolation des sol n'est pas top et quand on a des voisins peu respectueux et bien cela devient vite compliqué, la première semaine a été insupportable.

Emplacement idéal, logement fonctionnel

Super appartement très bien agencé, équipement complet, literie impeccable. Une machine à dosette mais ça serait du luxe. Et le sèche cheveux qui a besoin d'être remplacé.

la situation centrale Les téléviseurs ne fonctionnent pas très bien. Il semble que l'antenne ne capte pas bien les images qui ont des coupures gênantes.

L'appartement toujours aussi bien décoré et équipé et bien situé. Toujours propre Certains coussins sont trop plats et à changer. Une poêle est aussi à changer (trop abimée). Le matelas du canapé n'est pas confortable
