La situation, le volume de l'appartement
appartement encrassé depuis longtemps( boutons cuisinières carrelage cuisine n'ayant pas été nettoyés depuis des lustres)sol cuisine très mauvais état.murs cuisine sales
ET surtout branchements électriques fantaisistes frigo sur prise multiple , lampes chevets etc difficile de comprendre comment l'autorisation de louer a été accordée avec de tels risques pour les enfants en particulier
