Charming Duplex – Les Confins: Mountain View & Balcony

  • Quiet, elegant, and spacious apartment set in an exceptional natural setting on the Plateau des Confins in La Clusaz. Close to cross-country ski trails, many hiking paths, and a range of outdoor activities. Just a few kilometers from the beautiful city of Annecy, known as the "Venice of the Alps," this location is perfect for exploring the region. Wake up to stunning mountain views from this warm and welcoming duplex.



    The accommodation

    Duplex of about 47 m² with 2 bedrooms, located on the raised ground floor of the Résidence des Confins. Bed linen is included; please bring your own towels.



    Upon entering, you’ll find a large, bright open space, tastefully renovated and decorated, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a bean-to-cup coffee machine, dining area for 4 to 6 people (6 with extensions), living room with TV, and access to a southwest-facing balcony. Separate toilet. Laundry area with washer-dryer under the stairs leading to the upstairs sleeping area. Upstairs: bathroom with sink unit and shower. Master bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Second bedroom with 2 single beds on a mezzanine (not recommended for children under 6), single sofa bed, storage, and TV.



    Baby cot available on request.



    Private ski locker at the entrance of the residence.



    No Wi-Fi, but good 4G connection.



    Residential parking without reserved spaces.
