Chalet Tinatha is a stylish, newly-built chalet for 8 on the edge of La Clusaz. You can walk into the village in 15 minutes, or you can ski straight from your door!
Accommodation is set over five split-level floors, which may make it unsuitable for those with limited mobility. However, the layout does mean that the bedrooms all have a good degree of privacy.
Chalet Tinatha has a cosy living area, with a compact kitchen, dining area and seating area with a television. There's also a wonderful furnished terrace with a hot tub - a great place to relax summer or winter! The views are really quite amazing - you'll look out over La Clusaz to the Aravis mountains.
The four bedrooms all have en suite shower rooms, so you'll never find a queue for the bathroom.
You'll find a gym on the ground floor, where you can work out before you hit the slopes, as well as a ski room, with a heated boot rack.
There's plenty of space for your cars too - a double garage and two parking spaces.
There's another chalet behind Chalet Tinatha, and the drive runs past the terrace, but this will only be used occasionally.
Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.

Perfect Chalet with Ski-In/Ski-Out Access
The chalet is very pleasant and functional. Since the slope runs behind the chalet, it's effortless to get on and ski back right in front of the door. Forget the hassle of packing and unpacking your gear and finding parking. Great experience!

Very nice house in a great location for skiing.
Very nice house in a great location for skiing. Super equipped kitchen. Exceptionally good cloakroom for changing into ski clothes and ski boots. Charging station for electric car in the garage. The house is directly on a road, but with little traffic.

Chalet magnifique avec accueil réactif
Le chalet est magnifique, très bien équipé et offre une très jolie vue sur le village, accessible en quelques minutes à pied (il y a une belle pente pour remonter). Le personnel de location a été très réactif pour répondre à toutes nos demandes. Je recommande !

Le confort aux portes de la nature et de la ville
L’emplacement est idéal, proche de la ville sans être en plein centre. Chalet super fonctionnel et confortable, avec 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains. Salon très agréable avec vue sur les Aravis.

Maison très propre et en excellent état.
Bien équipée, prestations excellentes. Jolie vue sur les montagnes. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille. L’arrivée et le départ se sont parfaitement déroulées. Petite note: la maison est située sur les hauteurs, à 10-15 min du centre de la Clusaz mais avec une côte raide qui rend les allers-retours à pied sportifs - mais c'est le prix d'une vue spectaculaire!

Séjour de Noël chaleureux, chalet bien conçu
Super séjour de Noël, le chalet est bien agencé et pensé, il manquerait des équipements plus adaptés à une famille de 8 personnes, rallonge électrique, appareils à raclette et autres

Chalet de luxe ski aux pieds
Magnifique location parfaitement aménagée pour des skieurs, avec départ skis aux pieds du chalet. Local à skis très bien pensé, et jacuzzi très appréciable après une journée sur les pistes.

Breathtaking
A beautiful chalet with amazing views of the surrounding mountains and La Clusaz. Such pretty snowy views through the picture windows! The interior was very comfortable and stylish. Well equipped. Best boot room ever for all the ski gear. Hot tub fab. Very comfy sofa. Right next to Beauregard slope. You can walk directly down to the town via a very straight steep road. Steep climb back but quickest route. Jean-Philippe was extremely helpful, big thanks to him.
