"I stayed here with my mum during our roadtrip through France. I found this by chance when we needed to stop for a couple of nights. This was by far my favourite stop along the way. "We enjoyed our stay overall. The place was clean and quiet at night, the swimming pools were good. The accom was clean and facilities provided were good (incl cleaning kit). Good car parking available and a pleasant stroll to the Port through the golf course and lake.
However, there are several important areas requiring improvement:
- Air conditioning does not exist. We had to leave the door and windows fully open at night which is unfair. While air con may be expensive to install, P&V should...
"We stayed 4 night in a lovely cottage opposite the swimming pool. The area is very calm, facilities well equipped and the owner very welcoming. there are also animals and birds that our children appreciated a lot.
I would definitely recommend the stay at Belge Attitude! We will book again if travelling to the region.

The rooms are tasteful and well laid out.
The staff are very accommodating and friendly.
We only had breakfast one day but it is very good. Hot and cold options allow you to have anything from a pastries and jams to fruit, yoghurt, to cheeses, charcuterie, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages.
The rooftop terrace has great views of the port, but it can get windy.
The pool is gorgeous but small and there are only six sun loungers, which can get competitive.
It is well situated, just a short walk from the main parts of town and most of the good restaurants.
If we visit Les Sables-d'Olonne again, we will definitely stay at Hotel Vertime again."
