The upstairs restaurant is really good and the service in the restaurant was great. As for the negatives: there was no minibar/fridge in the room; we had to share the balcony with other guests; there's no airconditioning/fans and the room got quite hot; the breakfast was quite expensive, €24,- pp and for that money I had to make my own...

"The hotel did not have heating at night. Bedroom sheet was wet due how damp it was. We spoke to the owner multiple times, he did not bother to come and check on the heat. He complained that we left an apple and some other items at the room at the time of checkout. There was NO trash bag, trash can, or soap. He complained when I told him that my child had dairy allergies. He said: “ Why do you have a problem?” Well, people have different allergies. That was the worst attitude I have ever...

. There is enough space for everybody which is always helpful in bigger groups. Also there is a big cellar for drying the ski cloths. However the standard is partially questionable. While the beds in the major grown up sleeping rooms are OK. Kid beds and other furniture are very shaky. Bathrooms show clear signs of mold. Electricity is not 100% stable always and plugs are rare in many rooms. Nothing that could not be handed....

John was very helpful recommending restaurants and replying to messages quickly. The ski area was excellent for all abilities, with lovely restaurants to explore up the mountains. Thank you John."

"The apartment was great , I really enjoyed my stay snowboarding every day and using the apartment in the day . Initial contact poor , I was initially put inthe wrong acomadation up three flights of stairs and a small studio , asked for a damage deposit I had already paid to Holidaylettings, I asked for WiFi but the promised password never materialised .
