Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and took a few hours to fix and after some heavy winds there was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom. "Chegamos um pouco depois do horário de check in, mas fomos falando com o proprietário via WhatsApp e havia uma funcionária aguardando para nos receber e dar todas as dicas da região. Alessandra foi muito atenciosa. O quarto era muito espaçoso, assim como o banheiro. O café da manhã tinha uma variedade boa. Ficava bem próximo (5’ a pé) do qie entendemos ser o centro da cidade."

"Property is on a great location only issue was both bridges connecting the hotel to the beach were destroyed at time of visit requiring all guests to take shuttle. Additionally for a five star resort I would have expected the basics: continuous pool service from the bar w out need to go to the bar or flagging someone down. Likewise at the beach as these are just normal for any five star resort. Not a show stopper but an opportunity for the management to provide five star service to their guests while increasing their bottom line."
