Small holiday house, in a private residence of 4 houses, open onto two terraces with small enclosed garden and also fenced terrace, 30 m from the sea, comprising two bedrooms, a living / dining room, an American kitchen and a dining room shower.
Comfortable throughout the year because having convectors in each room and equipped with double glazing, the house was completely renovated in 2014 and is very easy to maintain.
In addition, all equipment and bedding are new.
You can enjoy the joys of swimming, fishing and cycling and will not need to use your car.

oh, what a wonderful vacation. The accommodation was fantastic and the location is as beautiful as it gets. the hostess, madame catherine, was unbeatably nice and courteous. she made our holiday more beautiful and richer. the house is great and very nicely equipped. we felt at home. even better, because the incredibly beautiful sea is right on your doorstep. We don't have that at home. thank you for these unforgettable days. Thanks also from Dafni, our dog, who also felt so at home. 💕

Très bon accueil, nous étions attendus et guidés. Le logement correspondait à notre attente, plage à proximité, commerces également, nous nous sommes très vite retrouvés. Notre hôte, Catherine est une personne très disponible tout en étant discrète, nous l'avons beaucoup appréciée. En conclusion, excellent séjour, nous sommes reposés et détendus. Merci Catherine

Nous avons été reçu par Catherine qui est d’une extrême gentillesse et très à l’écoute. Le logement est agréable, et je ne peux que confirmer que la plage est bien à 30 m de la maison. Les deux terrasses sont très agréables. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Catherine, unsere Vermieterin, hat uns schon vorab mit ergänzenden Reiseinfos von der Insel auf unseren Urlaub eingestimmt und man merkt ihr an, dass sie sich auf ihre Gäste freut. Angenehm ist auch, dass man je nach Sonnenstand vor dem Haus oder hinter dem Haus einen abgeschirmten Bereich mit Terrasse und Rasen hat, wenn man mal nur relaxen will. Und der Strand beginnt direkt auf der gegenüber liegenden Straßenseite.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la Brée. La location etait agréable dans un environnement calme, à la fois très près de la mer mais aussi du village. Et Catherine la proprietaire du gite a été une hôte très agréable et attentionnée. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Location très calme à 2 pas de la plage , le seul bruit que l'on perçoit est le bruit de la mer à marée haute qui vous berce ! La propriétaire est une charmante personne qui vous reçoit avec un petit cadeau !et qui prends des nouvelles de votre séjour , Bref une location à ne pas éviter allait s'y vous ne serez pas déçu.

La maison est très bien placée : au calme, tout prêt de la mer, dans une petite ville typique, agréable et paisible. Le marché tous les jours, les petits commerces sont un vrai plus. On peut circuler à pied ou à vélo et on a accès aux pistes cyclables sécurisées du nord de l'ile. La maison est fonctionnelle et confortable pour 4 personnes. On peut garer sereinement sa voiture. La propriétaire est très accueillante et aux petits soins. Nous reviendrons !

Une bonne surprise pour cette petite maison confortable à la bonne literie, située en 2ème position, très calme, et en face de la plage. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter des 2 terrasses et du jardin à cause du temps..L'accueil de la propriétaire a été top. Un petit bémol certainement accidentel: une odeur de nicotine au niveau de la hotte de cuisine, qui a été signalée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce logis!

1ère fois sur l'Ile d'Oléron. Nous avons découvert une belle petite maison typique proche d'une plage sauvage (30 mètres environ) très accessible. Maison bien équipée et propre. Un grand merci à notre hôte très sympathique et prête à faire découvrir les bons plans de l'île. Nous y reviendrons !!

Accueil très agréable et convivial. Maison très fonctionnelle, lumineuse et très bien équipée. Une petite route à traverser et l’océan vous appartient, sable fin, vue sur l’île de Ré et le célèbre fort Boyard. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Cette petite maison est très bien. Elle est jolie et fonctionnelle, avec un chouette jardin. La literie est de bonne qualité. Elle est bien équipée. On est à une minute à pieds d’une belle et grande plage de sable. On entend l océan du jardin tellement il est près ! On en profite donc pleinement. La brée les bains est un joli village avec boucherie boulangerie tabac presse supérette et un beau marché quotidien. On y est très vite à vélo même à pieds. On est très près de chouettes lieux touristiques. L île d Oléron est sublime. La piste cyclable n’est pas très loin. On peut se garer juste devant la maison. On a beaucoup apprécié l’accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de la propriétaire. On vous recommande cette belle adresse. C’est de magnifiques vacances assurées.

Ein kleines, einfaches, nettes Häuschen für einen wunderschönen Urlaub, nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt! Das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen, begrünten Straße. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und ideal für kleine Kinder, die ebenerdig allein zwischen drinnen und draußen sich bewegen können. Catherine, die Vermieterin, hat uns herzlich begrüßt und sie sowie ihr Mann standen uns für alle kleinen und größeren Fragen mit ihrer liebenswerten und charmanten Art zur Verfügung. Chère Catherine et chèr Alain merci beaucoup pour le gentil acceuil et le séjour si agréable dans votre petite maison. J´aime bien y penser.
