  • Located in La Brée-les-Bains at Clos des Vignes, this 75 m² holiday home welcomes up to 5 guests. It features a living room, 2 bedrooms—one in the attic with skylight—and a mezzanine sleeping area (2 double beds and 1 single bed). There’s also a sofa bed in the living area. The house includes a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, plus a fully equipped kitchen for your comfort. Enjoy Wi-Fi, TV, a fan, washing machine, and a private barbecue.



    Relax in the southeast-facing private garden or on the open terrace—perfect for unwinding, dining outdoors, or enjoying the veranda.



    You have access to one shared parking space on site, as well as easy street parking on Rue des Goussons. Public transport is nearby, the market is 700 m away, the town center is 1 km, and the beach is just 700 m away. One dog is welcome; parties are not allowed.
