Agréable villa très bien située

Belle villa joliment meublée, bien équipée, très propre, agréable (superbe salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée) bien qu'un peu sombre. Excellente situation à proximité immédiate de la magnifique plage de La Baule et à 500 m des commerces. Petit jardin ombragé et relativement calme, égayé par la présence de petits écureuils ! Pour prendre le soleil, il y a 2 chaises longues mais un vrai transat "bain de soleil" serait le bienvenu. Bémol : vue plongeante sur la villa depuis la villa voisine trop proche mais, pendant notre séjour, cette villa semblait inoccupée (volets fermés) donc ce n'était pas gênant.
